Scope

This Policy applies to the Mattress Lux websites and domains. It does not apply to third-party applications, websites, products, services, or platforms that may be accessed through (non-Mattress Lux) links that we may provide to you. These sites are owned and operated independently from us, and they have their own separate privacy and data collection practices. Any Personal Data that you provide to these websites will be governed by the third-party's own privacy policy.

4. SMS & Text Messaging Communications

This section governs how Mattress Lux handles phone numbers and consent for SMS / text-message communications.

Opt-in. When you provide your phone number to Mattress Lux — for example, through our website chat widget, contact form, Lux Fit booking, or during an in-store consultation — and consent to receive text messages, you authorize us to send you automated and recurring SMS and MMS messages at the number you provided.

What we send. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, order and delivery updates, customer-support responses, account notifications, and promotional offers from Mattress Lux. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Mattress Lux does not charge you to receive these messages, but your wireless carrier may.

Opt-out. You can cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further text messages from us. To resubscribe, reply START.

No third-party sharing. Mobile information collected for SMS purposes — including phone numbers, opt-in records, and consent — will not be sold, shared, transferred, or otherwise disclosed to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is collected solely for direct communication between Mattress Lux and you. Data may be shared only with subprocessors strictly necessary to deliver the messages (e.g., our messaging platform provider) and only for that purpose.

Eligibility. SMS communications are available to U.S. residents only. By opting in, you confirm you are the account holder of the wireless device or have authorization from the account holder to opt in.

Voluntary. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or service from Mattress Lux. Opting out will not affect your ability to shop with us, book a Lux Fit appointment, or receive support.
