01 How does the SmartLife smart bed actually work?
SmartLife uses patented Smart Cell Technology, 80 individual air cells split into 8 independently controlled zones on each side of the bed. Sensors monitor your position and movements through the night, and the cells inflate or deflate to keep your spine aligned and pressure points relieved. You set your firmness preference once in the SmartLife app, the bed handles the rest.
02 Can my partner and I have different firmness settings?
Yes. SmartLife operates the two sides completely independently. You can sleep at a 25 firmness while your partner sleeps at an 85, with no compromise and no motion transfer between the sides. Each sleeper gets their own 8-zone profile saved in the app.
03 What is Relaxation Mode and the smart alarm?
Relaxation Mode slowly inflates and deflates the Smart Cells in a soft wave-like motion across the surface of the mattress. Use it as a wind-down massage to ease into deep sleep, or program it as a smart alarm and the wave gently brings you up at the time you set, no jarring sound, no stress hormones.
04 What is the SmartLife warranty and trial period?
SmartLife includes a 100-night home trial and a 25-year limited warranty. The first four years of warranty work, parts and labor included, are covered at no cost. The mattress is American-made, fiberglass-free, and uses CertiPUR-US certified foams throughout.
