Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom orders may require additional processing time, and customers will be notified accordingly.

Shipping Methods

  • We offer standard shipping within the contiguous United States.
  • At this time, we do not ship to international destinations.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order, shipping method selected, and the destination address.
  • Customers can view the shipping costs during the checkout process before completing the order.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information.
  • Please allow 5–7 days for the tracking information to update.

Delivery Times

  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and Mattress Lux is not responsible for such delays.
  • Delivery of accessories such as pillows, sheets, mattress protectors, and toppers usually ships within 3–5 business days.
  • Delivery of mattresses that are roll-packed generally takes 5–10 business days.
  • Delivery across state lines for mattresses in our clearance can take up to 4 weeks.

Delivery Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses.
  • Mattress Lux is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Inspection

  • Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for any signs of damage before accepting the shipment.
  • If any damage is observed, please note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 48 hours of placing the order.
  • After 48 hours, online orders cannot be canceled, and our standard return policy will apply.

Shipping Delays

Mattress Lux is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
