The Avocado Green is a medium-feel organic hybrid that sleeps the way latex does best: buoyant and responsive, without the sink-and-stuck sensation of memory foam. You rest on top of the surface rather than in it, so changing position is effortless and the edges stay supportive. At a 6 out of 11 on the firmness scale, it lands in the true-medium zone most people find comfortable right out of the box.
Underneath that feel is a genuinely natural build: a comfort layer of GOLS-certified organic Dunlop latex over up to 1,379 individually wrapped, zoned pocketed coils, wrapped in GOTS-certified organic wool and cotton. The wool doubles as a natural flame barrier, so there are no chemical flame retardants, polyurethane foams, PLA bioplastics, or fiberglass anywhere inside. Each one is hand-tufted and assembled in Fullerton, California, and stands about 13 inches tall.
It is an especially good match for side and back sleepers, couples with different preferences, and anyone who sleeps hot, since the latex-and-coil construction breathes far better than all-foam beds. Want it softer or firmer? The Green also comes in Plush and Firm, so you can dial the feel to your body without leaving the organic line.
